Vous cherchez une façon à la fois ludique et utile de vous investir cet été? Deuxième Récolte propose toute une gamme d'opportunités de bénévolat pour soutenir les initiatives de récupération alimentaire et contribuer à nourrir les communautés.

Nourrir notre avenir – Etobicoke, ON

Second Harvest recherche des bénévoles pour aider à préparer des déjeuners équilibrés destinés aux enfants participant à des camps d'été à travers Toronto.

What you’ll do:
Help prepare nutritious lunches for children attending summer camps across Toronto:

• Support lunch preparation activities  
• Work alongside fellow volunteers in a collaborative environment  

Schedule & Commitment:

• Mondays in July and August  
• 7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.  

Location:

• Second Harvest Warehouse  
• 120 The East Mall, Etobicoke, ON  

Requirements:

• Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older  
• 10–12 volunteer spots available per shift

Food Sort Volunteers – Etobicoke, ON

Food Sorts are a unique opportunity for volunteers to help prepare Second Harvest food donations for delivery to agencies across the GTA. Participants will learn about the impact of community involvement while helping ensure Second Harvest’s partners receive vital food donations.

What you’ll do:
Support food sorting activities at the Second Harvest warehouse:

• Sort and organize rescued food donations  
• Help prepare food donations for delivery to agencies across the GTA  

Schedule & Commitment:

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays in July and August  
• 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  

Location:

• Second Harvest Warehouse, 120 The East Mall, Etobicoke, ON  

Requirements:

• Volunteer opportunities available for individuals and groups  
• Group bookings can accommodate 10 - 50 volunteers per shift
